Do you like Robert De Niro? Do you want to be a successful employee? Then, boy oh boy, do we have a blog post for you: How to Prepare for the Role of a Successful Employee on the Undercover Recruiter!
The Robert De Niro part is optional actually. He’s just used an example. The being a successful employee part, though? That’s required.
The gist: there are skills that every employee must have. For example, you might not want to be a writer or a public speaker, but if you’re working in an office, then you’re going to have to write emails that make sense and present information to groups of people without having a nervous breakdown. In other words, you need to be versatile, kind of like how Robert De Niro is a versatile actor.
But this little summary of mine isn’t really doing it justice. John Feldmann, the blog post’s author, goes into much more detail. So just read it, okay? If for no other reason than the fact that it’s an article on the internet that discusses a celebrity who isn’t Ben Affleck or Miley Cyrus.
